1. Cancellation Timeframes and Refunds

The following refund schedule applies to cancellations made prior to the scheduled tour departure:

• More than 5 days prior to departure: Full refund.

• 5 days or 48hrs less prior to departure: 50% Refund.

• Less Than 48Hrs to departure: No Refund

2. Exceptions

• Force Majeure: In the event of a tour cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, political instability, pandemics), we will offer the following options:

  • Reschedule the tour to a future date, subject to availability.

  • Offer a tour credit for future travel with us.

  • Provide a refund, less any non-recoverable costs.

• Medical Emergencies: We understand that medical emergencies can occur. If you need to cancel your tour due to a documented medical emergency, we may offer a partial or full refund, depending on the specific circumstances and any non-recoverable costs. Supporting documentation (e.g., a doctor’s note) will be required.

3. Modifications

• Changes to bookings: If you wish to modify your booking (e.g., change tour dates, change the number of participants), we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability. Additional charges or refunds may apply depending on the modification.

• No-Shows: If you do not show up for your scheduled tour, no refunds will be provided.

4. Cancellation Procedure

• The cancellation request must include your full name, booking reference number, and tour details.

• The date of your cancellation request will be the date on which we receive your written notification.

5. Non-Refundable Costs

Please note that certain costs may be non-refundable, including but not limited to:

• Fees paid to third-party suppliers (e.g., hotels, transportation providers).

• Permits and entrance fees.

• Administrative fees.

We will make every effort to recover these costs whenever possible and maximize your refund.

6. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect yourself in case of unexpected events that may lead to tour cancellation or modification.

7. Policy Updates

8. Communication
